Stepping into Spring with ASK Italian

Last week we unveiled our latest project with ASK Italian which saw us celebrate the new ASK spring menu with a unique collaboration media and influencers are absolutely loving.

Inspired by the fresh ingredients within the menu, we partnered with top florists Rebel Rebel to create an edible bouquet made using ingredients found in the ASK spring dishes and drinks, with rosemary, mimosa flowers and pea shoots just some of the ingredients that made up our ASK Italian floral creation. As part of the partnership, Rebel Rebel will be hosting a series of edible bouquet masterclasses in select ASK Italian restaurants across the UK throughout March with guests able to create their own edible bouquet under the expert guidance of the Rebel Rebel florists and then reward themselves with a delicious ASK Italian meal.

To kick-off the masterclass series and introduce the new menu, we hosted influential press including Time Out, Culture Trip, The Sun, Stylist, Cosmopolitan, Closer, Pretty52, London Coffee Shops, Brixton Girl and Eating Up London at a masterclass experience at ASK Italian’s beautiful Spring Street restaurant. The space was transformed into a floral paradise and following the workshop, guests enjoyed an exclusive preview on the new Spring menu before heading home with their own handcrafted bouquet.

With the coverage already rolling in we very much have a ‘spring’ in our step.
