ZeroZeroZero
Question. How do you launch a drama about cocaine trafficking called ZeroZeroZero?
Answer. Make a gigantic piece of art with triple zero flour of course.
And that’s exactly what we did for NOW TV last week.
ZeroZeroZero is a Sky Original mini-series available to binge watch on NOW TV right now, based on the book of the same name by Roberto Saviano, it follows the buyers, sellers and brokers who drive the lethal world of drug trafficking.
Having looked at cocaine consumption statistics from around Europe we identified London as having the highest rates of cocaine use at 23kg per day, more than the next three cities of Barcelona, Amsterdam and Berlin combined.
So, we challenged artist, Nathan Wyburn, to create an impactful map of the world using 161kg of flour (London’s weekly consumption alone) and highlight the four top European cities.
The artwork was installed in Greenwich overlooking the City and crafted, after months of preparation, in just over a week.
And this was the result… over 30 pieces of coverage ticking off nearly every UK national including The Independent, The Guardian, Express, Daily Star, Mirrorand The Sun. Oh, and we went international….
