Fever is no stranger to launching some of the most anticipated tech products, especially in gaming, and we were delighted to launch Logitech G’s newest and highly anticipated Astro A50 X headset – a next-level gaming headset that connects players to their full game library.
It’s been nearly four years since the last Astro headset hit the shelves, and our mission was to catapult the Astro A50 X into the spotlight, showcasing its revolutionary Playsync feature – a nifty feature allowing players to seamlessly switch between multiple consoles and PC platforms, all in just one click!
Preparing the press office for action, we secured a selection of top-tier press to an exclusive NDA product briefing including Esquire, GQ, Daily Mirror, Daily Mirror, GamesRadar+ and Dexerto – just to name drop a few – giving them a taste of what players could add to their gaming accessory loadout.
Level 2 of our approach was launch day, where we unleashed the product – it was awarded the ‘Best Gaming Headset of the year’ at the Esquire gaming awards – now that’s a power-up if you ask us!
Since launch, we have been working hard running the Astro A50 X’s reviews programme, putting the headset to test with the UK media. We’re only getting started with review coverage, but we’ve already generated a five-star review in GGRecon, and nine out of ten write up in PCGamesN.
