BritMums Live! 2012 with Taz, Tweety and Scooby Doo too!
It’s not often that you have to ask a taxi driver if a giant Scooby Doo, an oversized Tweety Bird in a cage, and a Tazmanian devil will fit in the back of their cab, but that’s just what we did last Friday. Why, you cry?! It was BritMums Live! 2012.
Team Fever and the Things With Wingers were out in force setting up and running the Warner Bros. Lounge at BritMums Live! The event, which took place in the beautiful Brewery on Chiswell Street, saw bloggers from all over the country come together for this two day blogging conference.
We were there to showcase the very best of Warner Bros.’ family entertainment and to specifically sign up the bloggers to the new UltraViolet™ digital locker service, which allows you to store your movies in the cloud, to access at any time and download or stream for anywhere. It was a long two days for the teams with two 5am starts but we had a great turn out and thoroughly enjoyed chatting to so many lovely bloggers, and coo over some super cute babies. The lovely Katy Hill even popped by after hosting the BritMums Award Ceremony to find out what it was all about, and happily took away her copy of Happy Feet 2 to enjoy with her family.
Sadly we didn’t get to see any of the speakers at BritMums Live! as we were too busy minding our lovely lounge, but the fabulous line-up included Author and Comedian Ruby Wax and BBC Presenter Cherry Healey.
Thanks to all that dropped in to see us. We can’t wait for next year already!
