Fever on Ice!
Last night a team of Feverites travelled down to the Ice Rink at the Natural History Museum for an evening on the ice! Starting with a warm up meal of hot chocolate and mince pies, we travelled down to the museum to prepare ourselves for the adventure ahead.
After putting on our skates, gloves and wrapping up warm, we headed toward the rink. Wobbling onto the ice (and some of us novices holding onto the side with fear), we started our journey around – with some noting how slippy the ice was! An hour later we were whizzing around the rink like Torvill and Dean, and ready to take our place on Dancing on Ice. No injuries were sustained – just a few sore feet – and after a few glasses of mulled wine we were all warmed up and ready for our next Christmas adventure!
