Fever Take An Unexpected Journey to Middle-Earth
This week the Warner team have been busy launching the DVD and Blu-ray release of Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, and to celebrate the return to Middle Earth a group of lucky journalists were whisked off to the furthest corner of the globe to enjoy a jam-packed week of exploring the spectacular setting in New Zealand.
The busy week included helicopter rides over the breath-taking scenery, a visit to the world famous WETA special effects studio, dinners at the movie stars’ favourite hangouts and even a visit to Bilbo Baggins’ house on the original set of Hobbiton! Check out their fab write ups on the Mail Online, Hello! and The Daily Star.
In other small and hairy news, the team have spent the last few weeks hanging out with one very tall dwarf, King Thorin, AKA Richard Armitage and Gandalf the Great himself, Sir Ian McKellen. Take a look at some of their interviews on Daybreak, Lorraine, BBC Radio 2, The Metro, The Independent on Sunday and The Jonathan Ross Show.
