Introducing…. Fever Citizen Project

We’ve always been passionate about volunteering at Fever and have supported many great causes over the years, but we wanted to take that a step further…

Today we’ve launched our 2020 volunteering initiative – Fever Citizen Project.

Our new pro-bono programme is designed to empower the Fever team to support purpose-led initiatives and charities they care about, and give their time.

Everyone in Fever is asked to pick a charitable cause and dedicate a full day of their time to supporting it by offering a range of communications skillsets and services. Our time with each charity can be used for anything from brand consultation to the development of social strategy; from talent brokering consultation to press material writing, and supporting media and influencer relations.

The first charity partnership to kick start Fever Citizen Project is Food4Heroes – whose mission is to provide nutritious meals to key front-line NHS workers, cooked by local chefs from catering companies and restaurants.

Food4Heroes has raised more than £340,000 to date, delivering 100,000 meals to front-line staff, and Fever is supporting to develop and activate a hard-working press office for the key regions of Norwich, Oxford and Kent. The campaign will target regional broadcast, print and online media, providing spokesperson opportunities, alongside the profiling of local success stories from the catering and hospitality industry to the NHS frontline.
