One small step for Toshiba, one giant leap for TV. . .

To mark the arrival of Toshiba’s 9 Series UHD televisions in the UK – capable of four times the detail of current Full HD televisions – we worked with a research company to find out more detail about the nation’s favourite historical TV moments.
Interestingly, we found that Neil Armstrong’s first steps on the moon came out on top – beating other iconic moments such as England winning the 1966 World Cup, and Martin Luther King delivering his famous “I have a dream” speech.
The story was picked up in a number of titles, including the The Daily Telegraph, Daily Star and Metro, among others. Toshiba’s 9 Series is available to buy from this week.
