Progress for Amazon.co.uk as Take That storm the charts

Take That hysteria gripped Amazon.co.uk last week as the demand for the band’s new album, Progress, helped it become the most pre-ordered album of all time on the site.
The band’s appearance on the X Factor with the returning Robbie Williams helped the new album overtake Susan Boyle’s ‘I Dreamed a Dream’ to become the most pre-ordered album ever on Amazon.co.uk.
News of the album’s success was a real hit with the media, with the press office team at Fever securing over 200 pieces of branded coverage announcing the record pre-orders of the album, including articles in the Metro, Daily Mail, Sky News and the Evening Standard.
