Revealing the nation’s lockdown love for nostalgia with NOW TV

We know that we’re a nation of nostalgia lovers and, from the legendary Jurassic Jeff to our American Pie pop-up shop, we have a history of tapping into it with good results for our client NOW TV. 

As part of a quick press office push for the NOW TV Entertainment Pass, we revealed the classic shows Brits are tuning into amidst times of uncertainty, with both Dad’s Army and Only Fools and Horses seeing a huge surge in viewing since the start of the isolation period. 

With a sell-in on Monday, we saw epic results by Tuesday afternoon – with a stats led feature splash in The Daily Telegraph print paper and online hits with The Sun, Digital Spy, Chortle and Evening Standard. Did we mention the 25+ pieces of regional coverage? Not that we’re bragging…
