The Much Anticipated HTC One Launch . . .

This week saw the NBG team launch HTC’s new flagship smartphone – HTC One.

Supporting the coordination of simultaneous events in London and New York, we worked closely with HTC to give 900+ press, partners and staff from across the globe their first glimpse of the new phone.

At the German Gymnasium in St. Pancras, HTC CEO Peter Chou took to the stage alongside other HTC executives and AOL’s Tim Armstrong, who was there to celebrate the company’s content partnership with HTC. They were ably assisted by some fantastic free runners and chefs who entertained the crowd and provided the perfect shooting opportunities to show off the new phone’s incredible camera.

If juggling media enquiries from around the globe wasn’t enough, the team also worked closely with Phones 4u to give UK media and customers the chance to watch a special live stream of the event at the flagship store on Oxford Street. They also had the opportunity to hear from senior HTC executives who shared their own personal experiences with the new device. Finally, the crowd were delighted to be a part of the privileged few to touch and try the HTC One minutes after it was unveiled.
