This Week We Have Been…
…enjoying the Cornish seaside and sunsets! After a very long journey, one lucky Feverette got to enjoy a week’s staycation in Cornwall last week, spending the week walking across beautiful golden sands, hiking the coastal path and enjoying maybe a little too much Cornish Cider and cream teas!
……reliving the 90s by singing our hearts out at The Bodyguard musical. It’s a definite must-see for any Whitney Houston fan as the musical is peppered with her hits. Who doesn’t “wanna dance with somebody”?
…seeing David Koma’s new collection being unveiled at London Fashion Week. Japanese-inspired, bold and minimalist – a brilliant way to tie up our recent HTC campaign where David designed a special set of artwork for some very limited edition HTC One mini handsets – there’s still time to win one of ten through a competition on @HTC_UK!
…dining in the dark at Dans Le Noir. If you’re looking for a unique (and slightly scary) sensory experience like no other, be sure to check out this Clerkenwell hang out. We were led to a pitch black dining room where we devoured our three course ‘surprise menu’ in TOTAL darkness. We would highly recommend the surprise cocktail too!
… checking out the new Oak Room gig space at The Hospital club. First up was Peter and Kerry, an indie duo with soft guitar tracks with “lyrics worthy of Ken Loach”. Next up was Fyfe, a reincarnation of David’s Lyre, this version delivers a slightly confusing but enjoyable mix of folk and electronica. Hear them both here:-
