This Week We Have Been . . .
…celebrating with Fever Mum-to-be Lucinda. With only a little time left at work before she leaves us to welcome her bundle of joy into the world, we headed over to Central & Co for some babyshower fun, inclusive of a ‘Guess the Fever baby’ quiz, and a baby food taste test! We can’t wait to meet the new arrival!
…exploring Attingham Park. We took a January stroll through Shropshire’s finest National Trust park. Arriving just in time to see the deer being fed, who said January was full of the blues!
…getting in some post-Christmas culture at this thought provoking exhibition which examines the central role portraiture played in Viennese painting around 1900 and features the paintings of Gustav Klimt (but not his famous ‘the Kiss’), Egon Schiele and Oskar Kokoschka along with some really haunting ‘death masks’ – some amazing technical portraits that look just like photographs along with really innovative and boundary pushing work.
