This Week We Have Been…
…day tripping to beautiful sunny Brighton for a walk along the beach, some good od fashioned seaside chips and a spin on the thrill rides on the pier.
……attempting to swing dance with our first lesson at Swing Patrol Soho. We learnt the rock step and triple step in a combination of moves created by the father of Lindy Hop, Frankie Manning. Apparently he was still busting these signatures steps into his 90s and next month would have been his 100th birthday so quite apt really!
…celeb spotting the most classic of actresses, Angela Lansbury – even it was only through a car window!
…attending Sun Dance Film Festival at The O2. We grabbed tickets to see alternative romantic comedy They Came Together, which was followed by a Q&A with quirky director David Wain.
