This Week We Have Been…
…loving the new caterers in our Great Pulteney Street offices. We’ve been treated to delicious seared beef, free muffins, Mr Whippy cones and cocktails from our new mixologist! We’re not looking forward to the extra pounds we’ll be putting on over the next couple of months!
…living the dream on Worthy Farm. Some of us schlepped down as Glasto virgins, while others (like MD Bruce who used to write a weather blog for the festival) have been more or less living there since the nineties, but everyone came back beaming and broken. Every year seems to bring a new hip boutique festival, but for scale, spectacle and simple remember-that-moment-for-the-rest-of-your-life-ness, nothing touches Glastonbury. The ticket day fear for October has already kicked in…
…playing at London Zoo lates, an over 18s event that occurs every Friday in the Summer months. Not only can you see the animals there, but there are food stalls from around the world, bars, face painting, a silent disco and wheelbarrow racing.
…going crazy for Arcade Fire at Hyde Park’s British Summer Time. On Thursday we went VIP and saw the amazing band right from the front of stage. It was spell-bindingly good.
