Earlier this month saw the launch of Styx – a new pop-up bar, garden and theatre HQ located in what is tipped to be London’s next creative cultural hotspot, Tottenham! Previously an ambulance repair unit, STYX is fronted by The Mill Co. Project and RIFT Theatre and has the ambition to make the venue a multi-faceted creative factory-outlet of culture. The venue hosts up and coming theatre companies from across the world alongside offering tasty fried chicken bites courtesy of resident pop-up, Wing Dom – a match made in heaven in our minds!
This chicken is so delish it deserves a standalone shout out – our personal fav has to be the Chinese BBQ wings which are out of this world, finger-licking good! There’s also a bar serving up yummy cocktails and our Fever favourite, Prosecco!
Both the entertainment and food were great but the atmosphere is really what did it for us. It’s great to see the post-riot wave of regeneration in North London has not faltered, giving the local community a new venue to visit in the coming months. Go! You won’t regret it…
